Reasons why you are angry all the time
Anger can arise from many situations and reasons. You may have faced trauma previously that triggers your mind and makes you react angrily to certain situations that you wouldn’t have otherwise. If you have anger management issues and have trouble controlling your anger, then it is absolutely necessary to understand the underlying reasons why you get angry all the time. 1.Your current stressful situation
If you are juggling or indulging in a lot of stressful situations that are troubling you, then you need to revisit the root cause. Stress can be a big reason why you feel angrier than usual and why you get angry at things you shouldn’t even be.
2.Your family history
Your family’s coping mechanism with unhealthy and toxic situations can be another reason why you get angry all the time. As a child growing into an adult, you inhibit many habits and actions from your family members and if your parents punished you a lot and yelled at you, then you are likely to do the same now that you’re an adult.

Expectations can be really heavy and burdensome. When people place unrealistic and burdensome expectations on you, it can cause you to feel that you’ve let down those people. And as a result, you may have outbursts of anger.
5.Unresolved grief
In society, dealing with grief becomes almost impossible as you are handed a lot of responsibilities that you were once unknown to. When grief remains unresolved, it can cause you to feel constant anger.
6.Mental health conditions
When you have a mental health condition, you are more prone to having sudden outbursts of anger and frustration. You may get aggressive in uncertain situations. And so, it is imperative that you talk to a mental health professional who can help you express your feelings at a deeper level and resolve the problems.
