Signs that show your partner is over you

The end of a relationship can be tough to acknowledge, more so, if you're not the one ending it. Usually, along the way, there are signs that point towards your partner being over you. Some signs can be very subtle and you might overlook them, but they aren't non-existent. Non-verbal communication is generally overlooked in relationships. This is why we've made a list of overlooked signs that can tell your partner is totally over you and the relationship has come to a dead-end.

1.You feel distant

If you start to suddenly feel clingy in your relationship, it's because you've been feeling distant from your partner. Your partner spends time away from you, physically and mentally. This means their priorities have changed. When your partner starts to take less interest in you or spends less time with you, it generally means they're disconnecting from you with a purpose.

2.You get to rarely hear 'I love you'

All the butterflies and sunshine only stay in the beginning of a relationship. In the end, those things are few and far. If your partner rarely says 'I love you', there might be a reason behind it. Either they're not feeling love towards you or they're being complacent in your relationship. Both of which can end your relationship if it isn't addressed.

3.Your sex life is non-existent

The honeymoon stage wears off eventually and when you get into a daily grind in a committed relationship, sex can go for a toss. Sex is a factor of all functional relationships. The absence of it will only point towards problems in a relationship and you should be concerned about it.

4.You both talk less

Communication is key. If your partner has stopped communicating their emotional and physical needs to you, it means they don't care about this relationship anymore. Have an open line of communication with your partner at all times. If that line is closed down, your relationship is going to follow soon after.

5.You feel like an option

Your partner is never supposed to make you feel like you're a part of their options. When you're in a long-term committed relationship, you prioritize your partner at all times. If your partner makes you feel like you're part of a multiple-choice equation, your relationship is falling apart because they are over you.
